More Women die of Heart Attack

I was going through an article related to women, to my surprise I found most of the women die due to heart attack. Its mentioned that since 1980 's more women have died every year when compared to men. Heart heart is primarily a man's disease. The rate of coronary disease has been reduced in recent years and the improvements have been seen in men.The heart disease varies from men to women. Men typically experience pain in the chest and left arm. While women experience ill-defined pain and tightening of chest which results in expansion of jaws and shoulders.

Women who suffer from chest pain will have clear arteries, when tests performed. This is because the disorder called micro vascular disease. Women with blocked coronary arteries tend to be older than men.These women suffer from cholesterol and diabetes, making surgery riskier and further developing heart failure. Women are less likely to have a successful outcome after a heart surgery, because they have smaller blood vessels.

These things indicates the prevention of early heart disease in women. High blood pressure and cholesterol are the major reasons of getting heart disease and its essential to treat them. For these reasons women can do exercise, avoid smoking and lose weight. Warnings of heart disease in women include Heart Burn, weakness , anxiety, and shortness of breath. When experiencing Heart attack one should not wait till the pain pass or manage themselves by lying down sidewards and cough until the pain recovers. This way we could avoid more risk and later admitted to hospital.
