At first it may sound ridiculous, but out feet speak volumes of information regarding health. From diabetes to nutritional deficiency can be found by examining the feet. A common issue in women regarding iron deficiency is found by the indication of concave shaped tor nail beds. The anemia is caused by loss of hemoglobin. These causes headache and dizziness. Cramping of the feet is caused by improper exercise. This mainly found in the women under pregnancy. They are caused by lack of calcium.
Another important thing which should be noted regarding feet is a sore that won’t heal for a long time. This is the indication of diabetes. High blood glucose levels lead to nerve damage. Women generally have lower body temperature compared to men. They have a common complaint of cold feet; this is due to under functioning of thyroid glands. Nails in human loose their color as men ages. This is mainly because of fungal infection and the nail smells bad when they turn dark. Most of us feel the numbness in the feet. This is because of peripheral nervous system. Excess intake of alcohol is the main cause for the numbness. Some dry flaky skin in the foot should be taken care of; this is likely to develop fungal infection.
