The approval of blogs by each advertiser depends upon their own requirement and each blogs rank value. Mostly blogs are written under BlogSpot and wordpess. There are other providers who also give options for the people to create their own blog. But these two providers are commonly used by the people because of their customizable option which is made easy available.
