Reading the OCR Pdf files and converting them into Word Format.

Recently, I have been trouble facing with the letters, which I receive to my home. Most of the letters posted to my home address will be in Swedish, due to my little knowledge, I ‘LL understand what they meant to bring up with. But in some letter’s there will be lots of paragraphs and it’s hard to interpret. The first problem is the content presented is a foreign language, and then second thing ‘s for what they have sent that letter. Anyways I found the solution to convert the letter to any readable format.

This will be much easier, if you have a smart phone, which can able to scan the document, by picturing it. One such app is Scan Pages iPhone App.  This app when it’s installed on iPhone, helps in capturing the original document and scanning it based on the user’s selection. Once the document is scanned, it‘s saved in pdf format. This file will be the raw file for us to convert the document to our needs.  For Example, If I wanted to convert the document into English, I use the particular scanned document and upload it in http://www.onlineocr.net/default.aspx, where it can able to recognize the format of the pdf and capture the characters from it. Later I can use the content to either translate to the language which I need in Google translate or any other translating softwares.

Another thing, which I noted down with these raw documents is that I can save them on google drive and use an app to convert it to my desired language without the use of any online convertor. https://broadleaf-prod01-basic.appspot.com/, This above app in google drive does the job look very easy for you.
