There are
few things which I was concerned while sleeping. I have been seriously criticized
by my roommates for my abnormal behavior during my sleep. First thing is about
my talking activity during the sleep and the second thing is about my snoring.
At the first, I couldn’t believe about my activities, later I got admitted
while many people started complaining about it.
I was very
much concerned about my sleeping activity and my health. So I have installed an
app in my smartphone called sleep bot which helps in monitoring my sleeping
patterns by generating a log. This helps in determine my snoring levels and
other activities which are happening during my sleep.
Initially I
read about the REM cycles and the humans and started experimenting on it. There
was a time, I used to sleep exactly by 11:30 pm and wakes up by 6:45 am. This
has been my activity for few weeks and my body cycle clock adjusted to it and
wakes me up daily at the right time. Now, am experimenting by sleeping around
1:15 and waking up by 8:30, it turned out be very well until now. One surprise
information, which I gathered was, even though I cross my late night timings, I
was waken at the time, when I used to wake up usually.
