Generally its tough for our body to adapt with the sudden changes with the temperature. I have myself put into this position, when there is a drastic changes on a over night condition. I remember, when the temperature was +8c, I felt normal, but bit cold when compared to 15c+. But when the temperature it's subzero, I had a problem with my body, it reflected with with a common cold and a diarrhea problem. Initially, I thought the problem would have caused with food, I consumed but later I had confirmed it, when the temperature hits -5c. I had the similar problem, with diarrhea and common cold. I remembered I was suffocating in the early morning and later followed by a body pain. I let myself to the rest room for 3-4 times within half a day.
