Shoe Bites

There are several reasons why the shoes bites happen to different people. The reason could be simple enough to be noticed, but people neglect those small things and would cash extra on it. I knew there were some people who complain their sandals bites and for some it's the shoe itself. I was wondering what's wrong going on with the shoes, later I realized it's the sweat  from the body, which makes them to cause the itching sensation in the body. When this is added with some fabrics like leather, it causes more pain and anxiety to people. This problem can be addressed by changing the worn socks regularly and also keeping the shoe places, which is open to air. There are special substances available in the shops which helps to absorb the moisture content in the shoes, thus they remain fresh.

The other problem which I figured out recently is due to the shoe itself. When we wear shoes for a very long time, they are subjected to wear and tear. Mostly this happens to the ankle part of the shoe, where we used to insert our foot finally to inside our shoes. The plastic or the cover which supports should have bent at this causes the itching sensation to our ankles. Sometimes this plastic which shape up the shoe, can tear the clothing of the shoes and affect the ankle directly. I have posted a picture below for reference, as how this could be and whereabouts of the spot.
The simple solution for this problem, is to locate the plastic and slice the plastic part as I have done in the picture to remove the area which causes irritation. It might look like as we are damaging the shoe, but who has a heart to thew a costly shoe for a simple reason.
