Printing Process.


There are many kinds of printing techniques available in today's world. People get their stuffs printed very fastly based upon the category they choose to print. Leaflet printing, litho printing are the most primarily chosen by the people because they the tradition way of printing. Here the process start with image coverage for leaflet printing and then it depends upon ink transparency and ink color. The process is very simple. Ink trough is set a input, later the roller jumps forward to pick up a bead of ink, then it jumps back to transfer it to the other rollers in the inking system. The whole inking system is then given to dampening system, where they use many plate cylinders for the roller to jump forward and back, keeping just the right amount of water in the dampening system. The blanket cylinder is attached to the plate cylinder, to which finally the impression cylinder is attached. The multicolor press plays a major role in the design.
